ELECTRONIC MUSCLE STIMULATION
& INFRA-RED DIATHERMY LIGHT TREATMENT
Electronic Muscle Stimulation, also known as EMS, is a type of electronic muscle stimulator that evokes muscle to flex using electronic impulses. The treatment focuses on both muscle toning and fat reduction, making it an effective approach for body contouring.
A typical EMS treatment program consists of twice-weekly sessions of 30 - 45 minute per sessions. After six weeks of treatment, you will notice:
-
A decreased waist circumference
-
Reduced abdominal obesity
-
A lower subcutaneous fat mass (fat under the skin)
-
Decreased overall fat percentage

Infra-Red Diathermy Light Treatment
Infra-Red Heat emits energy in the infra-red spectrum to provide topical heating to increase local circulation, where applied. Through increased local circulation the process of fatty cell breakdown will be achieved. It also aids in stimulating lymph drainage, relief of joint and muscle pain and relaxation of muscle.
Sensation: Relaxing
Downtime: None. Might experience slight redness or flushing immediately after treatment that usually subsides within a few hours.
Result: Pain relief, improved skin health, reduced inflammation and enhancement of slimming treatments.
